Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the carrier's tracking page.
Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our wine racks, but accidents during transit can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at

with photos of the damage. We will make it right.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
International Shipping
